Course Objective: establish relationships between the spine, thorax, head and arms for optimal posture and function. Pre-Pilates techniques will be utilized to create dynamic relationships. When achieved, the body will be challenged to increase strength and endurance through the Pilates repertoire.
Equipment: mat, Trapeze Table, Reformer, High-Back Chair.
