Course Objective:

  • Establish positive relationships between spine, thorax, head and arms to improve posture and function.
  • Pre-Pilates techniques will be utilized to create dynamic relationships.

  • When achieved, the body will be challenged to increase strength and endurance through the Pilates repertoire.

  • This workshop will include movement on the Mat, Trapeze Table, Reformer, High-Back Chair.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • 30 days prior to the start of the workshop, participant may receive a full refund
    • 15 days prior to the start of the workshop, participant may receive a 50% refund
    • 14 days prior to the start of the workshop no refunds will be issued
