Course Objective:
- Establish positive relationships between spine, thorax, head and arms to improve posture and function.

Pre-Pilates techniques will be utilized to create dynamic relationships.

When achieved, the body will be challenged to increase strength and endurance through the Pilates repertoire.

This workshop will include movement on the Mat, Trapeze Table, Reformer, High-Back Chair.
