Deborah Lessen Pilates Equipment teamed up with Blossom Leilani Crawford to create this series of reference posters of exercises using the Deborah Lessen Pilates High-Back Chair. There are exercises that Deborah created and added as well as familiar repertoire from Mr. Pilates. Blossom has taken some liberties at times to create a specific flow of movement, and also to showcase the possibilities on this incredible apparatus.
