TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Your purchased products are protected for the warranty period to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. It is our option to either repair or replace a defective product, or to refund the purchase price including shipping cost.
The warranty excludes accidents, wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair or failure to follow instructions. Additional exclusions include scratches to the finish and tears and scratches in the upholstery regarding the Trapeze Table and FootBar. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of products.
The warranty period becomes effective on the invoice date of original purchase with the following time limits:
Cotton straps 3 months
Leather straps 2 years
Springs 2 years
FootBar 2 years
Base and frame – Lifetime Warranty
Moving parts and hardware not listed – Lifetime Warranty
Claims must be made DURING the warranty period. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive Return Merchandise Authorization number. Include proof of purchase in package and clearly mark RMA on the outside of the package.
Address for return will be given upon email submission for RMA
Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving RMA.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
The client must carefully examine the shipment for damage on receipt BEFORE signing the shipping papers. There must be NO DAMAGE or signs of damage to the box or crate to sign a clear receipt.
Items damaged in shipping will be replaced if reported to the shipper and seller within 3 business days of the delivery date. Obtain an inspection report from the shipper and follow the return procedure outlined above.
Discrepancies from the order must be reported within 3 business days of delivery date by emailing email@example.com
All orders are final. Once an order has been submitted, no changes are permitted. Only damaged or defective items are returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Credit will not be given for used, modified or worn merchandise.
Policies for large equipment(DLP High-Back Chair) are as follows:
If items arrive damaged or defective and are not easily restorable to working order by replacement of damaged components, they may be returned at no charge to the purchaser following the procedure described above. Specific instructions for shipping will be provided with RMA number. Customer may choose item replacement or refund.
Items returned for any other reason will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the original cost. To qualify for refund, return packing and shipping cost and assurance that items will not be damaged in transit will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange to accept delivery.
For delivery of large equipment, customer must arrange to have help to uncrate, move and set up equipment. Standard delivery is curbside.
